                                  Pendant/Remote Cranes and Slinging methods

• Lifting Operations & Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (L.O.L.E.R.)
• Provision & Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (P.U.W.E.R.)
• Safe Methods of Slinging
• Controlling the swing
• Load Assessment
• Hand Signalling
• The Responsibilities of the Operator

Target Group:               This course covers operator skills and is aimed at all

                                     general work environments

Requirements:              None – good physical and mental health

Duration:                       ONE DAY

Course Size:                 This course is run with a maximum class size of 6

Location:                      On-site at customer premises subject to availability of

                                     adequate facilities

Certificated Course:

Delegates who successfully complete this course will be issued with a

Certificate in line with the Health & Safety Executive directive
